Meet Dr. Lauren Nguyen (Hammond, LA)

Lauren Nguyen, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in 2025 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Louisiana Monroe in 2017.

Dr. Nguyen was inspired to become an optometrist after experiencing firsthand how much clear, healthy vision can enhance daily life. Having worn glasses from a young age, she developed a deep appreciation for the impact of quality eye care and is passionate about helping others see their world more clearly.

She enjoys providing comprehensive eye exams and finds it incredibly rewarding to improve her patients’ comfort and quality of life through better vision.
